He has done doctorate in philosophy from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. He worked as Scientist at NDRI, Karnal, Senior faculty at NISIET, Hyderabad, the Chief Executive of Information Technology, Business Incubator and Centre of Learning and Education of GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi established at JSS Academy of Technical Education.
He was Director of Institute of Entrepreneurship Development, UP, Lucknow (promoted by IDBI, IFCI, ICICI & Government of India) and Director, Behavioral Science at National Institute for Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development, New Delhi. He worked for nine years as the founder Vice-Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Gayatrikunj-Shantikunj, Haridwar.He has taught M.Sc, Ph.D and Post-Graduate Diploma students and has been Ph.D external examiner of institute of repute & eminence like Tata Institute of Social Sciences, IARI, NDRI etc. He has published eight books and more than 40 articles.
He is member of various national-level organizations/institutions such as Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, CBSE, Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi, JSS Mahavidyapeeth, Krishna Group of Institutes, different universities, voluntary organizations etc. He is also the Vice- President, Indian Yoga Association, New Delhi.

He holds bachelors in Civil Engineering from BIT Mesra with honours; M.Tech degree in Remote Sensing from Roorkee University (GOLD Medalist); and a PhD in Management from
Kumaon University Nainital. He completed his schooling from the Birla Vidya Mandir Nainital and received the best in mathematic award in class XII.
Starting his career with the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd (NHPC) he was a key member of the team which established the Consultancy division in the organization. Leaving the job, he starting his own consultancy and carried out a number of power projects across North India and carried out renovation studies for small hydro projects.
He came back to his home state to give back to the society and stepped into the field of education first re-establishing the Birla Institute of Applied Sciences at Bhimtal in 2000. Prof Pande a seasoned professional and administrator has a rich experience in institution building and has to his credit the establishment of six professional institutions in Engineering & Management from concept planning to operations including three Universities, and one more is in the final stage of approval in Lucknow. He has been instrumental in having international collaborations resulting in over 250 International students from Nigeria, Sudan, Bhutan, Maldives, Bangladesh and Nepal, while being associated with Teerthanker Mahaveer University Moradabad.
Consultant to a number of organizations he also mentors an NGO and presently is advising the Community College for the Almora University, Quantum University in Uttarakhand, Future University Bareilly, IFTM University in Moradabad, and is actively associated with Vocational Skills mission having mentored the training of over 16000 youth of Uttarakhand.
In the past has been a core team member for the development plan of Ch Bansi Lal University in Haryana.
Prof Pande has created successful models of development in rural area which are the first of its kind prominent being:
Mobile Health project launched by the then President of India Dr APJ Abdul Kalam in 2002 in the hills of Uttarakhand,

Upgrading the education standard and science temperament in government school children in Champawat by adopting them and providing them additional teachers and support.

Innovative skill training programs for Class X pass students for automobile industries resulting in the students being trained in TATA Motors, Ashok Leyland, TVS, Maruti and others over a period of nearly 11 years. Over Rs 100 million stipend received by the students from the industry.

She earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Dev Sanskriti, Hardwar. Her areas of specialization includes clinical Psychology, research, counselling and yoga. She has postdoctoral fellow ship awarded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), recognizing her contribution to the field of social sciences.
She has got numerous international and national research and patents in her credit. Her work bridges clinical practice and academic inquiry, contributing meaningfully to both psychological and community well-being.
